Jerry Hester whom many of our citizens will recall died at his home near Long Road, Ill Nov 13 at the age of 70. He was born in NC. He lived here 40 years ago and worked for John Dietrich in the livery business. He married Miss Josephine Sutton and soon after moved to Illinois. The widow survives with 5 grown children. Mrs. Hester has one brother here, Andrew Sutton and 3 sisters, Mrs. Eliza Ware, Mrs. Scott Jarvis, and Miss Rose Sutton and a sister at Crawfordsville, Mrs. James McMullen - typed by kbz
